1. Vepr 54r mags

   Have not used these magazines yet. I have the second generation bolt ( need the modification ). But these magazines look great and I have csspecs vepr 12 magazines also. I am well aware of the slight modifications some magazines/ weapons might need, but when you get it right csspecs stuff just works and works great.

   I needed a 10 round magazine for my VEPR 7.62x54r and had tried other aftermarket magazines that simply did not work. CS Specs 10 round magazine woks flawlessly and it is made of steel. Really happy with my purchase and getting ready to order at least two more.

   These mags look great, fit perfectly, run flawless. I'm super happy because this purchase revives interest my vepr - I stopped using it some yime ago and part of it was due to situation with magazines.

5. Tough as a Caterpillar

   Bought 1 several years ago and was super impressed. Fit was perfect and locked in place solid as a bank vault. Waited patiently to get 2 more which arrived recently. The 2 new ones are exactly the same as the first one for construction quality, no fitting needed, not a bit of wiggle or wobble when locked in. Easier to load than the polymer mags. There's nothing that could be improved and worth every penny.

6. Superb quality magazine that actually that fits the Vepr

   I have not yet been to the range, but here is what I know so far.
   
   Like many, I have been totally underwhelmed by the Vepr magazines that were available in the past. None I had purchased were any good. In fact, at the range I shot in single shot mode. I saw the reviews for the CS SPECS metal mag and decided to try one more time. I have an older Vepr so no mod was required.
   
   I took the Vepr out of the safe, inserted the magazine. And it seated effortlessly. Perfectly. Again and again. I can’t wait to get some range time. From everything I have experienced so far, the CSSPECS Vepr magazine is a very high quality product.

7. Vepr mags

   Finally metal mags for my Molot Vepr! No modifications needed on my rifle. Well made magazine. Nice & heavy duty. The rim is always a challenge, a drum would be awesome! I bought 2 and hopefully buy a couple more soon.

   I bought 2. They look great and run great. My Vepr54 came with plastic mags that didn't work well. I'm glad I found these mags. These metal magazines just work!

9. Great, heavy duty magazines.

   The 54r Vepr is not known for having great magazine options. You either have 5rd Molot mags, 10rd plastic mags but these are by far the best. Heavy duty mags that you can leave loaded if needed. My Vepr did not require the bolt mod, and seem to feed just fine. The first few insertions are a little finicky, but just do it a few times and the mag seats effortlessly. I also love the 308 Vepr and M77 mags, so I had no worries about these.

10. Excellent Magazine

    Every magazine I have ordered from Csspecs has been excellent. They are not inexpensive, however you truly due get what you pay for with this company. As an aside, I really appreciate Csspecs giving WA state priority on magazine orders before our state went full fascist.
