These magazines are based in part on our Saiga-12 and Vepr-12 magazines.

Designed for the best possible function and firm lock up with your JTS-M12 AK shotgun.

These are not compatible with either the Saiga-12 or Vepr-12 as they have been optimized for the JTS-M12 AK for best reliability. 

This magazine does NOT fit the JTS-M12 AR.

We are working on a magazine for that firearm.

 

8 round magazine with all steel construction with Nitride treated surface for corrosion resistance.

This surface treatment is currently being used as a substitute for industrial hard chroming.

I did not hit the light. The bulb is going bad from being so close to gun shots. We will have a production model of this magazine in a couple months. It is a modified Saiga-12 magazine with a different front catch and different back assembly. Sits significantly firmer in the magazine well compared to any Saiga-12 magazine.

    Kinda wish I didn't have to fit mags to my gun, but with probably some inconnsistent in manufacturing of firearms it is probably unavoidable. I got wayy too ambitious with one mag and had to build it back up with my welder. I only have had one range trip with them. Seems to work good. Mags are very high quality and sturdy. Thanks

    This is the second time I have purchased magazines from CSSPECS, the first being for my Saiga 308.

    I am an engineering evaluator and I put that hat on for this review of the 8 round JTS12.

    Receipt of product - Well packaged, wrapped with rust inhibiting paper, sealed in plastic, outer wrapped in heavy duty brown paper, shipping container filled to prevent damage from shock.

    Form - Heavy gauge steel, black phosphate or similar material finish ruggedized coated.

    Fit - Requires flush insertion (no canting motion like with AK-47), minor rocking motion to lock solidly in place.

    Function - Flawless. No failures to function.

    Summary - I'm sold. Why aren't you? My research indicates this is THE best after market magazing out there. Get 'em while they're hot!
