This is a functional reproduction of the original Factory 5 round magazine that has been stretched slightly to 7 rounds. Magazine is made using Laser welding which is more resistant to damage compared to the original hem crimped magazines.
Magazine is made of all CNC laser cut parts stamped on all new equipment made in the USA.
Finish is black oxide, magazine should be wiped with oil for storage.
Follower is Red fiber reinforced poly.

Great mag for my Savage sporter

Picked up an old Savage Sporter (23A) at an auction recently. After clean up, the rifle was in great shape but the mag was very worn and beat up.
I ordered a new mag from you guys and it works great, its a perfect match. The 7 round mag is easier to remove from the rifle, compared to the old one. I fired 50 round through the new mag, no issues.

The only magazine that worked in this gun,used originals if you can find one that works are selling for 100 to 200 dollars on Ebay.

I was really worried I would not find a matching magazine for my older .22 LR gun, from the early 1900's. I ordered one from CS Specs and it is a perfect fit and great quality. I am 100% satisfied and will buy future magazines from CS Specs for sure! Thank you!!!

Hard to get Model 22/23 Magazine

I have a Savage Model 22 that was missing the dreaded magazine. A mag cost $150. So I figured I'd try this $40 model. Fits right in the odd magazine well slot with the slit. I haven't fired it yet, but I've been able to successfully cycle snap caps over and over again. Seems like it will work fine. The magazine is very well made, nicely blued and welded. Nice quality.

These magazines worked perfectly in my Savage 19 NRA, others did not. Took a while to get them but well worth the wait. This is a quality product.

These are are definitely the way to go. I bought 2 and couldn’t be happier. Solid fit and I’m sure they will last for the next one hundred years. I followed the break in instructions and use the included speed loader.

Larger capacity, less expensive, more durable, and far more ergonomic than the original magazine. I followed the break-in instructions, and have experienced very few issues (intermittent issues feeding when loaded to 7). All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.
