  1. Best magazine 5 Star Review

Posted by on 25th Aug 2026

This is my second purchase of these impossible to purchase, perfectly made magazines. You bring life back to a model 19NRA.

  2. Perfect fit and great quality 5 Star Review

Posted by on 24th Aug 2026

I was really worried I would not find a matching magazine for my older .22 LR gun, from the early 1900's. I ordered one from CS Specs and it is a perfect fit and great quality. I am 100% satisfied and will buy future magazines from CS Specs for sure! Thank you!!!

  3. Hard to get Model 22/23 Magazine 5 Star Review

Posted by on 23rd Aug 2026

I have a Savage Model 22 that was missing the dreaded magazine. A mag cost $150. So I figured I'd try this $40 model. Fits right in the odd magazine well slot with the slit. I haven't fired it yet, but I've been able to successfully cycle snap caps over and over again. Seems like it will work fine. The magazine is very well made, nicely blued and welded. Nice quality.

  4. Great 5 Star Review

These magazines worked perfectly in my Savage 19 NRA, others did not. Took a while to get them but well worth the wait. This is a quality product.

  5. Perfect 5 Star Review

Posted by on 20th Mar 2026

These are are definitely the way to go. I bought 2 and couldn’t be happier. Solid fit and I’m sure they will last for the next one hundred years. I followed the break in instructions and use the included speed loader.
    Thank You

  6. Awesome 5 Star Review

Thank you so much for making these, finally able to shoot my grandpa's gun again without single loading!

  7. Exactly What I Was Looking For 5 Star Review

Posted by on 23rd Feb 2026

Larger capacity, less expensive, more durable, and far more ergonomic than the original magazine. I followed the break-in instructions, and have experienced very few issues (intermittent issues feeding when loaded to 7). All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.

  8. Great quality 5 Star Review

I am happy to say this magazine works great! I wondered if it would because the original was a 5 round. Of coarse I lost it. The 7 round is not flush but works great.

  9. 23A magazine 5 Star Review

Posted by on 7th Feb 2026

I'm giving it 5 stars because it works great if I put in 5 rounds which is what an original magazine gives you. If I put in 7 rounds it will not feed unless I push up on the forward end of the magazine then it will feed the 6th & 7th round no problem. When you try to close the bolt with 7 rounds in the mag the bolt is hitting the magazine rather than just feeding the round into the chamber. Looking at my other 2 mags, the rear end of the mag is squared off whereas the new one at the top rear of the magazine has two lips that curve inward and I think this may be why it doesn't feed the 6th & 7th round unless you push up on the forward bottom end of the mag. I'm thinking of squaring off those two lips on the back of the magazine but I'm not going to do anything until I feel confident that it's the right approach. Again 5 stars because it works just great with 5 rounds.
    John
