Being cheap, I cringed at the price. However, when you see these in person, you can tell that a lot of work went into making them. Also, a lot of thought went into the design and they use solid materials. Quality product for sure. I ordered 3; all work great. Their customer service is great, too. I screwed up the order, called them, and it was fixed and shipped the same day. The VEPR and these mags will be here long after we are dead and gone!

i had to take off some metal per the instructions and it makes for a custom fit. the construction of the magazine is very solid.all the magazines for this weapon are expensive.these are well worth the price.i will be ordering more.

These magazines are expensive, but they are extremely well made. They are constructed of heavy gauge steel and nicely finished.

Price is very reasonable considering the quality of construction and materials. I had to take off a little metal to get it to seat correctly, but it was more than worth the time. Overall, I am more than satisfied with this excellent product.

I was hesitant at first based on the price, so I only purchased one magazine. It locked up really tight out of the package, with 12-15 passes with a file on the mag catch surface, it locked up and released like a dream. I immediately bought four more of these magazines, I fit the other four the same as the first and they work great. I highly recommend these mags, they are worth every penny.

These are the only mags I would use.

This mag is designed extremely well in key areas. The Russian mags are polymer with steel feed lips. The feed lips are locked in stud bosses with potential to separate like the saiga mags. The CSS mags are all steel and so is the taller feed lips. The feed lips fit the mag well without wobble but not difficult to get in or out. I took a mill file and rounded all the sharp corners to eliminate skin cuts during speed loads. Spot welds are clean with no evidence of metal pooling on the edges of the welds. All metal bends are tight and smooth at exact angles. The back spine of mag shows many spot welds but the metal edges are smooth and chamfered. The base plate is well formed and locks the mag sides as good as ANY mag I own. The follower is formed steel and is tip free and feeds flawlessly.

Over built, heavy duty mag. 100% reliable so far. Fit is good, after lightly filing. So well built, if I run out of ammo I could beat someone to death with it! Excellent magazine!!
