20 round capacity for the Remington 511 bolt action rifle.
These magazines are fully laser cut, and are welded instead of crimped together.
Magazine should be inserted with bolt open
Please note we suggest a break in process as shown in video below. Magazine feed will be slightly sticky the first couple uses.
Please note that some longer bullet profiles result in stiff loading and sluggish feeding as the added length prevents them from stacking correctly.
Here is a sample of bullets we have on hand. Both the ones indicated with the arrows did feed, however it is difficult to load to 20 rounds.
Rimfire magazines are restricted in many cases just like centerfire.

Been looking for a while for an alternative to the standard 5-6 round magazines. This magazine along with the supplied loading tool is absolutely a great to my older Remington rifles. If I had anything to do with design I'd have a smooth blues finish but certainly not a deal breaker.

Csspecs:
This is what is called "chasing a rabbit down a hole", your rifle stock may be twisted or something is incorrectly assembled on the rifle, it happens these rifles are like 60-80 years old.. Lots of them are military surplus trainers and have a LOT of wear or questionable replacement parts, often mixed with other makes and models.. You SHOULD have contacted us BEFORE sanding the sides of the magazine. It's an alignment issue not a manufacturing issue. You broke the product because you couldn't be bothered to ask a question.. Odds are you bent the magazine with your sanding which is why the ammo is hanging up.
Original review.
Had to sand the hell out of it to get it smooth and file down edges and ridges to get it to fit .have to constantly tap on magazine to get rounds to pop up so bolt can catch the round.its nothing like the original clip.now its mostly bare metal to get fitment. And will need constant oiling to keep from corrosion. Why the course finish that feels like sandpaper??

At first I was disappointed with these magazines, because I could only get 5 or 6 loaded into them. Then I noticed the video showing the loading tool, which made perfect sense as to why I couldn't load more. So now that I used the tool to load them. I'm very happy. The shipping and communication was great.
