  1. As described 5 Star Review

Posted by on 9th Nov 2021

I ordered the magazine for an old rifle that was passed down. The magazine fits as described and came to my door quickly once I ordered it. I’ve looked online for other magazines and this was by far the biggest capacity for the price.

  2. Fits the NY Kimber K22 5 Star Review

Posted by on 8th Nov 2021

The important thing for me it fits the NY Kimber K22 rifle. The main reason I ordered it was to see if it would fit and it did. Went to the range and it functioned well.

I did notice while loading (using the provided loading tool) I could only get about 18 rounds to fit. Also after about 10+ rounds it seems like one of the rounds would catch and the spring would be snagged or compressed and the top round was not push up tight against the feed lips. I just bumped the mag on the table and it set. Just needs more use to break it in. I will probably by some more so I can load up before the range and just enjoy shooting instead of loading at the range.

  3. Excellent Quality 5 Star Review

I can't speak to how well these work in a Remington 511 as I bought it to be fitted to a Husquvarna for which mags are not available, but I can tell you that the build quality is excellent. Magazine feels very solid and is well finished.

  4. New life for my 511 5 Star Review

Posted by on 6th Aug 2021

Original magazine would not feed rounds. Couldn't figure out precisely why but rendered the gun pretty well useless. Gave this a try hoping to fix the problem and works like a charm. Now I have 2X the rounds, feeding perfectly. Grandpa would be pleased. The 511 is back in business.

  5. Works like a champ! 5 Star Review

Exactly what I was looking for. Loaded up just fine and fits the rifle without a hitch!

  6. Works well 5 Star Review

Make sure to look for the loading tool. I wasn’t paying attention and missed it in the package. Now I can’t load it fully. Fits and works great otherwise!

  7. Satisfied 4 Star Review

Posted by on 9th May 2021

Loaded well using the supplied tool. Like previous reviewer noted the finish is course. When I loaded the full 20 rounds I had to bump the mag after the first three or four shots to get the next round in place to be fed to the chamber. This may be due to the finish. I believe this issue will go away after more use...which is a fun process anyway.

  8. Easy to load 5 Star Review

Happy to find mag for my 70 year rifle.

  9. Great magazine, Quality built , Worked well 5 Star Review

Posted by on 4th Mar 2021

Been looking for a while for an alternative to the standard 5-6 round magazines. This magazine along with the supplied loading tool is absolutely a great to my older Remington rifles. If I had anything to do with design I'd have a smooth blues finish but certainly not a deal breaker.

  10. The finish is course and does not fit. 2 Star Review

This is what is called "chasing a rabbit down a hole", your rifle stock may be twisted or something is incorrectly assembled on the rifle, it happens these rifles are like 60-80 years old.. Lots of them are military surplus trainers and have a LOT of wear or questionable replacement parts, often mixed with other makes and models.. You SHOULD have contacted us BEFORE sanding the sides of the magazine. It's an alignment issue not a manufacturing issue. You broke the product because you couldn't be bothered to ask a question.. Odds are you bent the magazine with your sanding which is why the ammo is hanging up.

    Original review.
Had to sand the hell out of it to get it smooth and file down edges and ridges to get it to fit .have to constantly tap on magazine to get rounds to pop up so bolt can catch the round.its nothing like the original clip.now its mostly bare metal to get fitment. And will need constant oiling to keep from corrosion. Why the course finish that feels like sandpaper??
