10 round capacity that fits the 541 581 bolt actions.
Finish is Black oxide over carbon steel, with a stainless follower.
These magazines are fully laser cut, and are welded.
View holes at 3,5,10.
Magazine feed will be slightly sticky the first couple uses.
We recommend inserting the magazine on an open bolt.

You can load these and shove them into a magazine pouch before you head to the range, and the rounds will all be more secure than they ever were in the original plastic magazines. When you run the bolt, they will feed smoothly, and you won't miss a beat with your follow-up shots. If you have a Remington 581 or 541, you need these.

I bought 2 plastic replacements that look like the original except for 77 on the sides (didn't show in product photo). They spit .22 short round before they get to the chamber. They were sold as 541/581 replacements but are actually Apache 77 and only handle .22 LR. After much searching I saw these mags. Made of metal and cheaper (10 round) than the plastic ones. The mag is well made and clicks in perfectly. Lo and behold, they handle .22 short rounds flawlessly. Thanks for this product!

The quality and workmanship in these magazines is second to none! It's nice to see that Csspecs still puts quality ahead of quantity. It fit and functions perfectly in my Remington 581 and I immediately ordered a second one.

purchased for a 541-S beautiful rifle that was cursed with crappy magazines. These are the ticket. Lock up well, feed well, welded and look to last 100X longer than the plastic factory ones did. now this old rifle is a PRS rimfire competing machine!!!

Solid manufacture, works flawlessly. Feeds smoothly, I would put this up against any other manufacturer’s steel mag for this gun.
