20 round capacity for the MK II bolt action by savage. Also fits Lakefield Mark II rifles since they are basically the same.
Does NOT fit the Savage 62 64. If you think it might fit a rifle not listed above please ask BEFORE ordering.
These magazines are fully laser cut, and are welded instead of crimped together.
View holes at 3,5,10,15 and 20.
Magazine is Carbon steel with a molten salt nitride finish, stainless steel follower.
Please note we suggest a break in process as shown in video below. Magazine feed will be slightly sticky the first couple uses.
Ammo selection:
Please note that some longer bullet profiles result in stiff loading and sluggish feeding as the added length causes binding in the magazine.
Here is a sample of bullets we have on hand. Both the ones indicated with the arrows did feed, however it is difficult to load to 20 rounds.
Some ammo will only work loaded to 10 or 15 rounds. If you use the correct loadings, the magazines load easily.
Interestly many bulk pack loadings cycle very well.

Rimfire magazines are restricted in many cases just like centerfire.

Good magazine were they good spring. Well made only change I would make would be to smooth the edges. It comes with a tool to help load magazine which is very helpful.

I called and spoke with Mike a few weeks back. I had questions regarding these mags. Very polite and answered all of my questions. I ordered two twenty round mags. They are more sturdy than the OEM mags. Awesome product and employee.

As long as the directions are followed it works great.
I noticed that with a loaded magazine it wouldn't fit in the rifle unless the bolt is open. So much for 20 plus 1. A savage magazine with 10 rounds will fit with a closed bolt. A great magazine with increased capacity. I might buy another but have to think about it because I have 3 ten round magazines.

Quality product, sturdier than stock mag for sure. Just wish capacity restrictions weren’t a thing, definitely check your states laws before ordering but that is no fault of this company.

These mags seem to be a better quality than the stock one.Takes a while to figure out how to load with the tool, but it works great with the loading tool.My only complaint is the sharpness of the edges on the mag and seems like the factory could round them off a little better.

Overall a good product as an upgrade/replacement magazine. My only issues are that the edges are pretty sharp and loading more than 15 rounds by hand is a chore. I expect over time once the spring gets some wear it will become easier, but right now 15 rounds seems to be about all I can get in w/o using a loader.

Thoroughly pleased with the quality of the product thus far. Hard to load until after you break it in but seems to be quality made.

I bought two of them. They appear to be really well made and are the only ones like it on the market.
Make sure you watch the break-in and loading videos, it will cure 98% of your questions/possible complaints.
They are made to last and worth a quick break-in.

I've reloaded this magazine 3 times and was able to load 19 rounds using the loader. Over all I'm happy with it and plan to buy another. It locks into my rifle well having less shaking than the ten round mag.

Great value, high quality clip. Way better quality than the 5 round clip that came with the rifle. Solid and speed loader helps
