If used for a 9x39 AK build, please be aware that the receiver and trunnion need to be slightly pocketed for clearance,

 

as the front of the magazine is wider than a normal AK magazine.

 

 

We now install the springs for AR patterns in ALL 9x39 magazines.

They slightly increase loading pressure, but otherwise do not seem to cause any issues with AK builds

 

If used with AR rifles with AK magazine wells some adjusting of the magazine spring length may be needed.

We will supply extra springs at request at no charge.

Magazine is all steel construction, with a black nitride finish.

Weight of empty magazine is 7.7 ounces.

Magazine has full capacity view holes on each side.

Floor plate is marked USA, magazine counts as 3 US made parts for 922r compliance.

    I purchased these 20 rd magazines for use with a KS47 chambered in 9x39mm, not knowing if they would work, or not since they weren't designed to work with it. I did have to enlarge the magazine well a little bit to make them fit. At first I couldn't get it to feed probably because of the bullet feed angle, but after contacting Csspecs they immediately sent me "AR bolt" magazine springs that saved my build. The rifle functions and feeds properly now.
    As said in other reviews. The feed lips are a little rough on the brass, so if you are a reloader, be aware of that. I did sand down the inside edges of the feed lips a little bit and it helps. Shipping was fast! I had them in 3 or 4 days. I will be purchasing more before they go out of stock. I wouldn't have my rifle without Csspecs! Thank you.
