1. Tanks

   I ordered 5 magazines the night they were available. They showed up, well packaged about four days later. Although none of them locked into the mag well, I followed the instructions and filled each one down until they fit perfectly. I took my time and did all 5 in about 4 hours. I could have done it quicker but chose to file slowly, testing as I went.
   I fired them the other day and each one was perfect. Everytime I hefted one of those metal monsters into the mag well, I thought of how the mag now matched the Vepr 12 construction and durability. The ak platform was designed by a Russian tank operator, now the Vepr 12 has the perfect match.

   The magazines I received were the 2nd batch and are great! I got into the first batch but it did not do great with the BHO. Contacted csspec and they said they'd exchange my 5 mags for the next batch and I got them! 10 stars!

   Vepr 12 magazine beautifully made. Flawlwss functioning. Wish they were cheaper, but you are getting what you pay for.

   Does require a bit of fitting and they seem a little difficult to insert. Once at the range they inserted much easier than when i had them on my work bench. They fed flawlessly!!!

5. Vepr-12

   Excellent product, seems solid and well made. Minor fitting required, can be done in 10 minutes with one file. Will fit 9 shells if you choose to load on open bolt which is not a problem since Vepr-12 has bolt lock-back mechanism. I run this magazines in three gun match this Sat and for the first time did not have any jams! My only concern is sharp edges, little hesitant to use sandpaper not to damage nice black finish...

   Made in USA, made by people from the USA, made out of steel, and they work. They also complete the AK47 "look" of the Vepr 12.
   Those are the reasons I give this product five stars.
   Yes, these mags may require a bit of fitting and they are heavy but they really do work flawlessly.
   Only thing I don't like about them? They only hold eight rounds.

7. Steel Perfection!

   Built like a tank, these will no doubt outlast the gun itself. Loads all 8 rounds smooth as silk...no issues cycling by hand or running the rounds thru the rifle. I bought 5 and all 5 needed minor fitment...it took me 15 minutes to fit all 5 to the rifle perfectly. Four stars only due to need to be fitted to MY gun, but honestly, I'd rather them be tight and need fitment than be loose and sloppy. Easier to remove material than to add it.
   
   I'll buy more once the 10s or 12s become available.

8. great mags!

   Only thing I didn't absolutely love is that they make some noise. Inexpensive replaceable polymer followers could possibly reduce the noise. But a great mag so far. Will order more in the future.

9. not sure what to make of them... had problems

   Spent about two hours filing five of my vepr 8 round magazines to make them fit correctly and latch.... Had many jams when firing... Used to types of 12 gauge shells and had problems with both jamming up.... Hopefully they will clear up with use..... Not good in my eyes

10. WELL DONE

    After filing, according to the instruction video, I now have what seems to be a flawless product. Nice snug fit and free fall gravity assisted magazine ejection. I was a bit irritated when the magazines would not fit right out of the box, but that feeling was replaced by the joy of knowing I had a tad 10 minute part in finishing the product to my liking. I could see CSSPEC in the future filing the magazines and doubling the price. Hopefully they will continue to offer the file it yourself magazines for such a low price. These dummies don't know that for $59.00 bucks it's like they are selling gold at the cost for silver.
